E. G. Feraud Home
1330 Stillman Avenue
1888

E.G. Feraud, Secretary of the Redlands, Lugonia and Crafton Domestic Water Company, built his home at 1330 Stillman Avenue in 1888. He lived in the first story while the upper story was being constructed. Feraud was born in Boston and later lived in New York. He was early involved in electrical power in this area and in the local traction companies.

The Victorian gingerbread house has been owned by Miss Hazel Robb since 1953. An orange grove and attractive natural gardens surround the house. The original barn on the property has been restored by Miss Robb. The interior of the house is enhanced by the natural redwood woodwork and includes an elegant stairway in the entrance hall.
