Ralph Roberts Home
1617 West Olive Avenue
c.1900

The stately residence of long-time residents, Mr. and Mrs. Ralph Roberts, at 1611 West Olive Avenue was built circa 1900’s. One of the earliest records pertaining to the house is a city water connection made in 1903 by a Mrs. Lucy Painter.

This large two-story house is constructed of wood. Some notable features on the house are the large front porch with decorative square columns, the second story semi-enclosed balcony with similar columns, several dormers, and on the roof a turret. All of these features add to the unique architecture of the residence.
