Mr. Dugan built this lovely Victorian home for $1,500. This home had been a rental until 1942. It features a continuous trim of molding and dentals separating the top from the bottom floor, under the boxed cornices; diamond shaped, multi-paned windows; high gables on the north and south side; a centered dormer; “V” shaped bay window; and a recessed wooden front porch.  The porch features a top molding of twisted trim  with dentals, piano-leg shaped post with decorative capital supports, and stick balustrades.
