“Mid-Century Modern Churches in Downtown Redlands”

Tour starts on the front steps at the Holy Name of Jesus Church
215 West Olive Avenue, Redlands
Meet at the front sidewalk next to the steps of Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church 215 W. Olive Avenue for a look at four downtown Mid-Century Churches through the architectural history. Not only are these churches important to their congregants, but also to the community as many of us walk or drive past them daily. Churches to be covered will be Holy Name of Jesus Catholic Church, First United Methodist Church. First Presbyterian Church and First Church of Christ, Scientist. Kathleen Beall and Mike Albanese, both experts in the field of Mid-Century architecture, will be conducting the tour.
Tickets are $10 per RAHS member/$15 per non RAHS member with tickets sold at the event.
Wear walking shoes and bring water.
