The Redlands Area Historical Society is thrilled to host “The Church of Many Names” on Monday, October 28, at 7:00 p.m. at the Redlands Contemporary Club, in honor of Latin American History Month (Sept. 15–Oct. 15).
Speaker Rev. Ron Duvall will share the story of the Presbyterian church located at Webster Street and Union Avenue — a congregation that has carried five different names over its 111-year history serving the Lugonia community.
The lecture traces how its identity evolved alongside the neighborhood and the city of Redlands itself, reflecting generations of faith, language, and community life.
The program is open to the public will begin at 7:00 p.m. Don’t miss this this all new account of one of Redlands’ heritage religious communities.
