Marie Reynolds, a Redlands area historian, will present an \u201carmchair\u201d tour of Redlands Heights for the Redlands Area Historical Society\u2019s October 26th<\/sup> program at 7:00 p.m. via Zoom. Redlands Heights is an area of Redlands that was developed early having many of Redlands finest homes.<\/p>\n

Many years ago, as a fundraiser for Heritage Auxiliary of the Assistance League\u2019s fourth-grade Redlands history tours, she and her colleagues presented popular bus tours called \u201cTreasures and Hidden Neighborhoods.\u201d<\/p>\n

Norma Clark, Dodie Farmer, Mary Kay Jacobs, Tish Sandos and Marie chose routes and researched different areas in Redlands.\u00a0 The tours were complimented with notebooks that included photographs of homes in these hidden neighborhoods.\u00a0\u00a0 Marie has assembled the photographs into a slide-show presentation.<\/p>\n

For over a decade Marie has been involved with the Redlands Area Historical Society and is the newsletter chair. She is also a 22-year member of the Contemporary Club, serving as the co-advisor to the Kimberly Junior club.<\/p>\n
